THIS IS A DEMO! (Neurosis is a love letter to classic rpg horror, the creepypasta franchise, and for my fellow trans babies who have had it hard!)
Short Summary: Rune, a young woman, just wants to go off to college to experience freedom finally with her fiancé and friends. Her controlling father, however, forces her to go on one last “family bonding trip” to a mysterious cabin. It seems like it’s already been lived in, and filled with books and notes mentioning a tall, faceless man. Something’s not right about this place, and the longer she stays, the more she loses grasp on what is real. Or what’s right.

Directions: Best played with Headphones! Use the Arrow Keys to move and space/z to Interact, Hold Space if you want to Speed Dialogue, Dash with Shift. Controller is supported by RPGmaker games.
ATTENTION: There is a corrupt bug in this file that I couldn’t figure how to take out in this game file but won’t be in final (might’ve been cus the file was old and built off a old one) but you can’t use the back click button or exit out using in game buttons. This game is best played all in one go. You can save and enter saves. (Really sorry bout that one but the demo is short so it isn’t too much of a problem if just played straight on!) When you reach the end, you can manually exit out :) // You can edit settings in menu (exit out with esc key not clicking exit button) (I promise this won’t be a problem in final game! Thank you!!)

aww thank you! Sorry for so much delay! A lot of life and health stuff happened but I can update you that I was making a prologue visual novel to this upcoming series im still working on! It’ll actually be done soon! :3 I hope that can be a sweet enough lil treat as I work on Neurosis again!🩵✨
The VN will be called “Spider Lily” and coming out very soon for around 8 bucks! It follows this man named “David” with his wife “Mary” and daughter “Emalee”. Also taking a trip but their reason is very different and dark. But as far as their lovely daughter “Emalee” knows it, it’s a fun family trip for her to finally have time with her starlet mom and business man father! And to get away from very recent troubling events. (It’s set in the 50s and has a good amount of CGs! Just a lil treat apology for my huge delay but also to help rally support for Neurosis as a whole!)

thanks for playing it! And ya, my game demo page might be buggy! I had trouble in beginning even publishing it where it could be seen cus I think itchio is weird with demos? So my demo isn’t as public as I wished it had been, plus some other bugs happened so maybe it’s been glitching my comments oh no 😰 sorry about that!!
Hi! First off, I wanted to say I love the artwork, it's one of a kind, it's iconic. But the download will get so far and then buffer a little, and then it will go back to 0 (it still does this even after restarting my PC). Please fix this, I really want to play this game :( (I'm downloading Windows ver btw) Keeps telling me "File incomplete"

hello! Me and my spouse just downloaded it on her side laptop that is old just to see if it works still and it seemed to download fine. And I think it’s worked fine for others. I’m trying my best to figure out what could be going wrong,, cause I’d really like for you to enjoy it too!
Rpg maker forums is always a good place to find answers to personal issues trying to play a rpg maker game. Because, I think on my end it seems to be working right. Please update me if anything changes! I wish I were more help!!
